1. What should I do if the product seems to be damaged?
All you have to do is to return the product through any courier service and we’ll send you a replacement product that is intact and undamaged.
2. What should I do if the product is not what I ordered?
IN the unlikely event that we dispatch the wrong product you can simply return the product and we will send you what you initially ordered.
3. How do I ensure that the product I am ordering is the right specification?
You can refer to the relevant size/colour charts available with the products to figure out which specification fits best.
