1. Is it possible to return or cancel a product?
Yes, it is possible to cancel or return a product if it is unused and in good condition. In case of a return, the amount will be reversed to your credit card in 10 working days. While in case of cancellation, the amount will be reversed to your credit card in 10 working days but you will be charged a cancellation fee as per your bank policy.
2. I am getting “couldn’t complete your payment error”, what should I do?
If this error occurs, make sure that:
- Your card has been activated for online shopping
- You have sufficient amount on your card
- Clear your card details and re-enter the correct card number and CVV code.
