FAQ’S
1. What courier do you use for deliveries?
Our logistics partner is currently TNT, however it isn’t always possible for them to meet our delivery needs and so on occasion we have to use an alternative. For small items we may use Royal mail first class for speed and efficiency.
2. Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?
Delivery charges are quoted separately on each and every item.
3. I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
We aim to inform all of our customers that their delivery is on it’s way, however sometimes our production and dispatch teams are so fast that your goods are on their way to you before we have the chance to let you know.
